Mr Francis Ting operates at Southern Cross Hospital New Plymouth and Taranaki Base Hospital. He specialises in hip and knee replacement surgery for arthritis, including total hip replacement, total knee replacement and partial knee replacement (unicompartmental knee replacement).
He has undertaken advanced training in hip and knee replacement surgery throughout New Zealand and Australia, with particular interests in enhanced recovery, rapid rehabilitation, robotic and computer-navigated joint replacement surgery, and optimising post-operative pain management.
He is also a Southern Cross affiliated provider for hip and knee replacement surgery.
